Our main office is located in Glen Burnie, MD, but we service all of Maryland and Washington, DC.
We do not wash dishes, we do not wash or fold laundry, we do not pull out appliances to clean underneath, and we do not risk breaking a gas line or damaging floors.

Yes, we provide all chemicals unless it is requested by the client to use their products or brand.
We try to use green, eco-friendly products whenever possible. If such products are available for the type of cleaning they are being used for, we can accommodate special requests given the proper notice.
Insurance and Liability
Interworld and its subcontractors are licensed, bonded, and insured for everyone’s protection.
We are proud to say that since the inception of the company back in 2009, we haven’t had any claims that needed to be escalated. Should an incident occur, please notify your representative in writing, and we will handle it accordingly. Our philosophy is to keep an existing client happy, so we will do everything in our power to keep you coming back for future service.

Yes! We are your one-stop shop and offer various cleaning services such as move-in/out cleaning, pre/post-construction cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, warehouse cleaning, window cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and much more
The assigned team size will depend on the size of your project. We have smaller projects where we assign one cleaner up to complex projects where we provide 15+ people to provide 24-hour coverage. The supervisor assigned to that team is also the quality assurance leader.
Security Measures
Safety and security are paramount to us. We realize that, in some instances, we have free access to customers valuables. Therefore, we do vigorous prescreening of our personnel to make sure we hire the best. Besides that, know that our management is a phone call away and we are proud to report that we haven’t had one claim since the inception of the company back in 2009

Supervision and Quality Assurance
Yes, each project has a dedicated supervisor or manager assigned to it.
There is no Interworld Cleaning if our customers don’t come back to us. Therefore, we offer multi-layered quality assurance, which starts with assigning highly trained, qualified personnel to a project along with a working supervisor and/or manager. Upon project completion, customers are presented with sign-off sheets (SOS), and follow-up emails and phone calls are placed regularly. Throughout these stages, customers have the opportunity to express their feedback, and our teams are humble enough to address possible concerns.
If you’re unable to meet our team on-site, we’ve got it covered. We can arrange key or access code details, and we encourage you to provide specific instructions beforehand. Our team is trustworthy, and we maintain open communication channels. After the service, we’ll provide updates, and we welcome feedback for continuous improvement. Your convenience and peace of mind are our priorities.
The services we provide at Interworld Cleaning Company are backed by our service guarantee. We’ll make it right if you’re unhappy with our cleaning.
We ask that you secure them away from the areas in which services are being rendered. We do not want your children or pets to come into contact with any of the chemicals being used.

Payment Methods
ACH, Checks, and Credit Card
Depending on the size of your project or whether you have not had services with Interworld before, you may be required to make a 50% deposit prior to scheduling. The remainder is due on the day of your service.
