Interworld Commercial Cleaning Company is always looking for qualified subcontractors to become a part of our cleaning and janitorial team.
Before completing the form make sure you have:
- Liability insurance
- Automobile insurance
- Worker’s compensation insurance
- Job references
Once approved we will ask you to send us the following documents:
- W-9 Form. A copy of the W-9 form could be found here.
- Certificate of Insurance from your insurance agent. The Certificate Holder should be: “Interworld Cleaning Inc, 24 Crain Hwy S, Suite 1R, Glen Burnie, MD 21061”
- Signed Subcontractor Agreement. Will be provided by Interworld Cleaning, Inc
- Sample price list, if you have one
