Summer Cleaning Tip: Use Citrus to Freshen Up Your Home
One of the best ways to keep your home smelling fresh during the summer is to use citrus fruits. Here’s a simple hack:
Citrus Garbage Disposal Refresh:
Gather Citrus Peels: Save the peels from oranges, lemons, or limes.
Ice Cube Trick: Place the peels in an ice cube tray, fill with water, and freeze.
Use as Needed: Drop a few citrus ice cubes into your garbage disposal and run it with cold water.
The citrus will not only clean the blades but also leave your kitchen smelling fresh and clean. Plus, it’s a great way to reuse fruit peels!
