🌸 Spring Has Sprung!
Spring officially arrived on March 19th, but along with it came allergy season, earlier and stronger than expected. Do you know which pollen causes allergies?
Tree pollen is the main culprit early in spring, followed by grasses and weeds later in the season. Common allergens include birch, cedar, cottonwood, maple, and more. This year, cities like Wichita, Kansas; Virginia Beach, Virginia; and others are experiencing particularly high pollen levels.
