A clean washing machine is essential for ensuring that your clothes come out clean and fresh. Over time, detergent residue, mildew, and bacteria can build up inside your washer, leading to unpleasant odors and potentially damaging your clothes. Here’s how to keep your washer clean:

Regular Cleaning: Clean your washer at least once a month to prevent buildup.
Hot Water Cycle: Run a hot water cycle with a cleaning solution. Many commercial cleaning solutions are available, or you can make your own using baking soda and vinegar.
Rubber Seals: Clean the rubber seals around the door to prevent mold and mildew growth.
Lint Trap: Regularly clean the lint trap to prevent clogs and ensure efficient operation.

A smelly garbage disposal can make your kitchen unpleasant. Here are some simple ways to keep your disposal fresh:

Citrus Peels: Toss citrus peels down the disposal to help eliminate odors and freshen the blades.
