Interworld Cleaning Terms & Conditions

Interworld Cleaning has a professional, trained, and courteous staff to provide top of the line cleaning services tailored to your needs. Interworld Cleaning will assign a principal team to each home or office we clean. We try not to rotate team members to ensure quality cleaning.

All fees and charges are due and payable immediately upon completion of the job assigned or at the completion of each scheduled cleaning unless otherwise noted in your Agreement.

Make our job more efficient for you.

  • Please make sure your electricity and water is turned on
  • Secure your pets and pick up after them before we arrive
  • If you require additional services, please notify 72 hours in advance
  • Please provide us with access to your facility. Providing a key is not abnormal
  • Please shut off your alarm system to avoid drama!
  • Secure your valuables, collectibles and etc
  • If children are present, do not leave them unattended due to the dangers of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • If you must reschedule, a 72 hour notice is required to prevent assessment of a service fee.

Note: We charge $80.00 travel time for each visit when the cleaning crew is not able to perform a cleaning service due to lack of or misleading information.

We Guarantee Our Work.

If we clean and you are not satisfied, call us within 24 hours and we will reschedule a crew to come and redo your areas of concern. We do reserve our right to cancel services at any time for any reason, if we choose to cancel during a job in process you will only be responsible for the specific service performed and or hours used in the performance of the job.

We provide all cleaning products and equipment, However, if you have something special you would prefer that we use, let us know and we will make a note in your program profile for our associates to ask for your special products when they arrive to clean. We make every effort to use high quality products and we cannot be responsible for allergies or health conditions that may be irritated by the use of these products.

Interworld Cleaning, Inc Services has a normal 1 hour arrival window. If your team is running late due to unforeseen conditions, a representative will call you to let you know of their estimated time of arrival. If your scheduled house cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we need a 72-hour notice. When short notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a fee if the team cannot be reassigned.

You agree not to hire any past or present Interworld Cleaning, Inc employee/past employee/associate, other than through our office for a period of not less than 2 years from the date that employee last worked for Interworld Cleaning, Inc for cleaning services at a residence, home or business office or facility. In the event that you feel that you must hire this person in spite of this agreement, our referral fee to you is $2,500 and is due in full immediately upon employment or use of the employee/past employee/associate, regardless of whether the employment is regular employment or on a contract basis.

Your signature and/or assignment of the service work to Interworld Cleaning, Inc on the Quotation and Service Agreement is your acceptance and understanding of the terms and conditions as outlined in the preceding paragraphs
